Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner’s closet in the living room, kept locked.
In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement.
By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. We live and work in Charleston— we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

The Cypress Cottage House is blessed with wonderful and helpful neighbors next door and across the street, many of whom have been living here for over 25 years.
