Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner’s supply closet, kept locked.
In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement.

We live and work in Charleston— we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.
