You’ll enjoy full access to the home with convenient keyless entry. Please note, one small maintenance closet in the home upstairs will remain locked, though each bedroom includes its own guest closet for your use. The garage is also accessible for guests.
After booking, you’ll receive a link to your personal guest portal along with your guest agreement. Please take a moment to review and sign the agreement before your stay, as this step is required to receive your access details.
The guest agreement is designed to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. It includes important information on check-in and check-out, house rules, amenities, and other helpful guidelines that ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests. You’ll also find a link to purchase trip insurance, which we highly recommend for your peace of mind.
We live and work right here in Charleston, so while we won’t be on-site during your stay, we’re always just a quick message or call away—and happy to come by the home if needed.

If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, a $200.00 fine per night will be charged to the card on file. This home is pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, subject to approval by the host. Restricted breeds are not permitted. For stays longer than 14 nights, please inquire before booking, as the pet fee and guidelines may differ for extended stays.
